After performing your searches, you’ll also be able to see if background checks and certifications have been verified by a licensed agency. Don’t limit yourself to simply care services, there are as many options in the system as there are in your life.

WHAT WILL INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERS USE THIS SOFTWARE FOR?

Individuals that provide any service for this industry are encouraged to open an account and start letting others know about their availability. If they don’t want to wait, they can perform searches for potential clients that would be a good fit. This is based on many factors such as type of service, your location, and your preferences. The system also helps you create a career goal and then suggests opportunities that would help you reach them.

WHAT WILL CARE TEAMS USE THIS SOFTWARE FOR?

This administrative tool allows the Funding Sources & Care Teams the ability to create accounts for their clients, perform searches for their clients (if they choose), and establish vetting practices for all of their clients. They will also be able to see availability and opportunities with Independent Service Providers as well as Provider Agencies.

WHAT WILL PROVIDER AGENCIES USE THIS FOR?

This administrative tool provides them with the opportunity to reduce turn-over, which is critical during this Caregiver Crisis. It can help Agencies keep remote workers busy with additional cares in their area, prior to the employees leaving for more full-time employment. It can also help Agencies minimize wasted travel-time between cares by finding Clients nearby. Agencies also will be visible to individual care providers searching for more hours or benefits. Agencies can provide additional services such as background checks as well as post available positions available.
